Lay out complex professional work on one canvas.

Gewo builds private AI canvases and the internal systems around them for professional organisations. Files, relationships, workflows and AI share one canvas, every conclusion traces back to its source, and your data stays inside your own boundary.

Yunshan New Materials credit review (fictional) Your team sees real details. This view never leaves your network.

Professional work was never a straight line

A lawsuit, a credit decision, a quality incident: each is dozens of documents, a dozen parties, a timeline and a chain of judgements. To think it through, you first have to lay it out.

A chat box cannot hold the whole picture

Question and answer works for simple things. With many documents, context slips away and conclusions cannot be checked.

Forms keep results, not reasoning

Traditional systems record the outcome. They do not show what it rested on, what was ruled out, or who signed off.

A canvas connects the two

Documents, relationships, timelines and AI drafts sit on one map. People judge, AI searches and drafts, and every step can be traced.

The canvas is the front door to a full internal system

We do not hand you a generic tool to figure out. We build the canvas and the systems around it for your business, and we deploy them.

Industry AI canvas

Cards, links, views and AI actions defined for your work: evidence chains for law firms, ownership graphs for lenders, 8D root cause trees for factories.

Internal business systems

Accounts and permissions, approvals, tasks and deadlines, dashboards and document templates, all sharing data with the canvas.

Private deployment and models

In your server room or a dedicated cloud. Cloud reasoning uses registered domestic models only, and sensitive work runs on local open models.

Connected to what you have

OA, CRM, ERP, document stores and single sign-on. The canvas becomes a workspace on top of your systems, not another silo.

Four lines that make AI safe to use at work

These rules live in code and are guarded by automated tests that block a release if they break. You can verify each one on your own deployment.

Data stays inside

Source material moves only within your network. There is one way out, it accepts only redacted text, and a second scan catches what slips through. Sensitive projects can be local only.

AI drafts. People decide.

Every card, link and paragraph the AI writes starts as a draft. It counts only once someone confirms it, and we record who and when.

Every conclusion has a source

Open a card to see the original page, highlighted. When the AI cannot cite a source, the card says so. Nothing is made up.

Every call is on the record

Full request, raw model response, who asked, which project, which model, when. Append-only, with a monthly egress report.

One core. A new industry is a new pack.

The canvas, collaboration, document understanding, AI runtime and security gateway form a shared core. What differs by industry lives in a pack: card types, rules, templates and AI actions. Improve the core once and every industry benefits, and your customisation never forks from the mainline.

Shared core

What every customer runs on.

  • Infinite canvas with live co-editing and version history
  • Document parsing and local OCR, with page anchors
  • AI runtime with drafts, confirmation and logging
  • Trust gateway: redaction, egress checks, audit reports
  • Rules engine for deadlines, checks and consistency
  • Comments, mentions, notifications and permissions

Industry pack

What we define for your business.

  • Cards and links for the objects in your field
  • Views: evidence chains, timelines, ownership, root causes
  • AI actions: find conflicts, fill gaps, draft, review
  • Deterministic rules: statutory deadlines, reconciliations, thresholds
  • Templates for reports, filings and approvals
  • Integrations with the systems you already use

For work with many documents, tangled relationships and signed conclusions

These are the fields we are delivering in or evaluating. If yours is not listed, the test is simple: does the work need many things laid out side by side?

  • Law firms

Case files, evidence chains, deadline alerts, drafting and proofreading.

    First delivery
  • Banks and lenders

Credit due diligence, related parties, post-loan monitoring.

    Evaluating
  • Insurance

Claim review, document checks, inconsistent statements.

    Evaluating
  • Accounting and audit

    Workpapers, voucher sampling, unusual transactions.

    Evaluating
  • Manufacturing

8D quality analysis, complaints, supplier corrective actions.

    Evaluating
  • Construction

Tender comparison, licence expiry, project milestones.

    Evaluating

Example: a law firm's matter canvas

A sales contract dispute with a guarantor: 31 documents, 214 pages. Read locally, redaction checked by a lawyer, the matter mapped into 41 cards with page anchors. Seeing only codes, the AI raised 3 issues and the lawyer confirmed 2. Within three days, a complaint where every paragraph cites its source.

Illustrative scenario. The firm, parties and figures are fictional and show how the workflow behaves, not customer results.

From a first conversation to running in your server room

Every project starts from your real work. You see a working prototype before deciding how far to go.

  1. Discovery

Walk through the real process with the people who do it, and find the steps that take longest or go wrong most.

  2. Canvas prototype

A working prototype on public or redacted material, so your team can try it first.

  3. Build and integrate

Complete the industry pack, internal systems and integrations, and tune the AI to your rules.

  4. Launch and support

Private deployment, training and a pilot run, tracking usage and quality.
